Print out the label and affix it to the box. Remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
Drop your box off at any authorized FedEx shipping center.
Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. It may take up to a week or two before your refund is officially posted to your credit card.
For exchanges, your new item will be shipped via standard ground once your returned have been received.
